How to open my Pacsafe lock if I forget the combination?

It’s not uncommon to forget the combination to a lock.

To open a TSA lock when you have forgotten the code, please try all the codes and keep the open button pressed when you turn the dial. This sounds long and tedious, but it is actually the quickest and safest way to open your lock. It normally takes around 30 minutes.

Sometimes a combination might be accidentally reset on your lock and you don’t know the correct combination. Please go through the above-mentioned steps to get it opened.

Once your lock is opened, please don’t forget to reset your code to something you won’t forget. Please always bear in mind that you cannot reset the lock without knowing the current combination.
