Please follow the steps below if you file a warranty claim.
- Submit a contact form here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please state 'Warranty request for (product name/number)' at the subject line.
- Attach a copy of your purchase proof, photos of damage of the product, photos of the internal white tags of the bag, and provide your current shipping address.
You will receive a response from Pacsafe Support Team within 2-3 business days.
Failure to provide all information in step 3 may delay your warranty process.
