How do I edit an order if I purchase an incorrect item?

We normally ship out an order within next 48 business hours.

Please contact us here as soon as you can if you want to change the ordered item.

To speed up the process, please mark “Edit order number #XXXXX” at the subject line and indicate which item you need to change and which item you want to change it to in the message field.

You will receive an invoice if there is a price difference involved in the change.

We will try our best to fulfill your request before our warehouse ships out your order.
