What does your warranty cover?

Our comprehensive warranty covers any manufacturing defect that has caused the product to fail early. Please see below for items that do and don't qualify for our warranty:

Items that qualify:

• Bags less than 5 years from purchase date for which proof of purchase can be provided
• Wallets and accessories less than 2 years from purchase date for which proof of purchase can be provided

Items that do not qualify:

• Any item without a proof of purchase
• Bags purchased more than 5 years from warranty claim date
• Wallets & accessories purchased more than 2 years from warranty claim date
• Items damaged via standard wear & tear, mishandling during transit, or accrued dirt
• Cosmetic damage or fabric rubbing off
• Items damaged by incorrect use
