How do I make a return?

Standard Returns

We only accept returns of non-sale, unused and undamaged items purchased through Pacsafe.com.

For all other returns, please refer to the store where you made the original purchase.

Please return your items within 30 days of purchase. 

Please run through our return policy for eligibility here before you create a return ticket.

Please note that all face mask, neck gaiter and sale item sales are final and are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
