Please follow the steps below if you file a warranty claim.
- Submit a contact form here.
- Please state 'Warranty request for (product name/number)' at the subject line.
- Attach a copy of your purchase proof, photos of damage of the product, photos of product number and batch number (2 letter 13 digit) on internal tags of the bag, and provide your current shipping address.
You will receive a response from Pacsafe Support Team within 2-3 business days.
Failure to provide all information in step 3 may delay your warranty process.
